About Me

As a passionate foot zone therapist and certified Emotion Code practitioner, I’m dedicated to helping people find freedom, balance, and wholeness on their healing journeys. While these two modalities stand strong on their own, they also complement each other beautifully, offering a truly integrative approach to physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.

I grew up in the lush beauty of the Pacific Northwest in Oregon, surrounded by towering evergreens and a deep connection to nature. In 2020, I moved to North Idaho, and I’ve completely fallen in love with the Inland Northwest. The mountains, lakes, and serene landscapes here have become my sanctuary and a source of inspiration for my work.

My Journey into Holistic Therapies

My love for alternative therapies started early, born out of a deep curiosity about the connections between the body, mind, and emotions. I’ve always believed that the body holds incredible wisdom and the ability to heal itself when given the right tools. I first discovered foot zone therapy, a holistic practice that uses the reflex points on the feet to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. This modality helps release tension, improve energy flow, and promote harmony throughout the entire body. Foot zoning is deeply grounding, and I’ve seen its power to transform lives by supporting physical and emotional wellness.

Later, I found the Emotion Code, a powerful technique developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, that identifies and releases trapped emotional energy stored in the body. These lingering emotions can cause physical discomfort, emotional stress, or even hold us back in life. Emotion Code amazed me with how quickly it could help people feel lighter, more centered, and free from emotional burdens.

While foot zoning and Emotion Code are unique and effective on their own, together they create a powerful synergy. Foot zoning focuses on restoring the body’s physical and energetic foundation, while Emotion Code clears emotional blocks that may be hindering your progress.
